June Preview Release Announcement



Hello everyone, and welcome to June!

This month's preview release is now available as of this morning. Here’s what’s included in the update:



Fixes & Improvements

• Fixed an issue where searching for unemployed coaches also returned retired coaches.



• Fixed an issue where My Game was not highlighted in the schedule.



• Added a border around modal dialogs so they no longer blend into the white background.



• Restored drag and drop functionality in the Depth Chart Manager.

Looking Ahead

With these updates, we are getting very close to switching fully to the new interface.

Please let me know if you encounter any remaining issues that need to be addressed.



Transition Plan

My current plan — unless additional issues arise — is to:

• Keep the legacy interface available.



• Make the new UI the primary interface, likely around mid to late June.

If there are any aspects of the new UI that make it unplayable, please raise the flag so we can address them before the transition.

Thanks again for your patience — we are almost at the end of this long and arduous road!

Speed and Acceleration are higher on the new UI for every player than they are on the old. It appears that these are the only attributes that are not matching up between the interfaces.



Is there any possibility of getting more game speed options? For me, 1x is too slow and 1.5x is too fast. I'd like to have more adjustment like we had with the slider.



Thanks for all the effort, I was skeptical early on that it would get to how good it is now. You have not only delivered, but done so much faster than I was expecting as well. I will start using the new interface more exclusively, as I have mostly to now just been checking in and then doing everything in the old still.

A couple other things I am noticing:



The arrows in the left menu (for expanding and collapsing) are the wrong way around. When collapsed, there should be a down arrow to expand, which then turns into an up arrow to collapse.



On all player pages, stats default to passing rather than to what makes the most sense (Rushing for RB's, Receiving for WR's, etc. (also on this topic, LB's used to always go to Misc, which was annoying, it should be Defense)) . Also, the old page had total under all the yearly stats which was very handy and is now gone.

When watching the game animation in the new interface, when you click on the rewind button to watch the previous play, it rewinds to the beginning of the game. Should just rewind one play at a time.

Just logged in to my account and it says I have no teams. Pretty certain I should have ownership of one in the XFL league.



That message is showing up both in the old and new desgns.



Update: It appears that I was kicked out of the league for some reason. The team I was n control of is now looking for an owner.
