What is it with this Bill Steinbach guy and truck convoys?

Last week, he attempted to move the New Jersey team to an unknown destination. The move was negated after intervention from league headquarters. The deal included Steinbach's reacquiring of his former team, The Charlotte Fire Breathing Rubber Duckies.

24 hours later, just when things appeared to be getting back to normal, a press release was sent out, stating that Bill intends to honor his agreement to bring a team to the St. Bernard Parish in Louisiana, known by locals as "Da Parish". The city of Chalmette, where the new stadium is awaiting the team, is a few miles "down the road" from New Orleans. An area that obviously has the best football fans in the world. (WHO DAT!!!!)

Bill is a former resident, and is vocal about his intention to return when life permits.
