My passing game has been awful despite (by my weight’s) having the best receiver corps in the league. Im new and don’t know if l need a better QB or O line or if it’s my game plan. I’m currently the most sacked team by a lot. I’m top 5 in Int. I also average 5.5 drops per game (worst in League) compared to the league average 2. I don’t know maybe l should just run the ball but l could use some tips if anyone has any.

Maybe you need better OL, but most of the time it does come down to gameplanning. There are a lot of resources in the general forums that people can point you toward that will help you organize your offense better. I'm sure folks can point you in the right direction. I believe some of the general tips are things like don't do any long passing plays. Others might have more.
edit: Your QB is a former MVP and Super Bowl champ, so clearly he can do it if things are set up right. But of course, you can always do better.

Gameplanning is key. If you have any long pass plays selected take them all out - ALL OF THEM. They don't work at all. Stick with short and medium pass plays, and maybe look back at your last 16 or 32 games to see which ones work best - any plays under 4-5 yards are junk.
Route running and bump and run avoid are key skills for WRs so they'll actually be where the QB expects them to be when he throws the ball. Also, the primary targets for a lot of the big pass plays are WR3 and TE, so make sure your best overall receivers are in those spots in your depth chart. Hope that helps - good luck figuring it all out.
1) Don’t throw long passes, ever. It’s Sack City 2) Be mindful of play selection. Some plays just don’t work or only get 1 yard per completion. Setherick’s Cheater’s Guide to Short Throws is a great resource under Community Help Forum 3) (I’m on a phone, so going back and forth to look is difficult) the stat that matters most is Accuracy for QBs, for playmakers, it’s Speed. OL is Str and pass blocking.
Somewhere in this league are good threads that some owners in XFL created. They are pretty good for setting perspective and one teaches a reasonable game plan to work off of, or at least use the concepts when creating your own plan.
One thing I acknowledged early on was my perception of what I wanted to do complicated what I actually had to do (via what actually works in this game). Don’t overthink it and use those threads to your advantage of learning the ropes. Requires reading, but results are quick.
1) Always scout your opponents each sim week. I look at play use over the previous 4-8 weeks to get a good average, and then I always look at the plays the prior week to see what they attempted on the last opponent. 2) The Coach's playbook matters because there are some playbooks that do not have the most effective plays, leading to: 3) The game is fairly "broken" at this point and most longtime users select the same 15-20 plays for maximum effectiveness. I use about 30 plays on Offense and 20 plays on Defense. This avoids any overuse penalties (the script during the sim says, "The O or D better start mixing things up or there will be more plays like this." If the same play is called continually, it will ineffective or detrimental. 3) Defensively, invest in speedy man coverage players and B/R avoidance. Don't play deep zone because no one can throw deep. Select defensive plays that aim to cover man-to-man and within 10 yards. I choose a lot of 1 man deep, 1 LB blitz and everyone else is man. A solid defense is surprisingly helpful to ensure you keep scoring points on offense. 4) Ball control is important! You need a balanced team. If I had my way, I would aim to control the ball 40 min + on offense, convert at least 50% on 3rd downs (tougher than you think). 5) Steal ideas religiously from the forums, from other players. Use the scouting to get an advantage and see what others are doing. Look through the game logs of the league's best players and see what plays they're using, coach's playbook, which players are getting the targets (is it the same fast WR running a TE route [then they're overriding that player on the depth chart, a whole other thing] or are they checking it down to a RB out of the flat [you have to have your fastest CB/FS to cover that player out of the backfield or they will keep doing it]?),
