Take a look at Mark Mc Cants return records over the years. He leads the league all time in kickoff returns. I don't know if he ever was a Super Bowl winner but it shouldn't matter. The dude can take it back and does on a regular basis. I think he should at least be considered, no I think he should be enshrined. What do you guys think? What do you think norm?

When I saw he had 0 PR TDs, I thought this was a troll post. But then I saw he had 21 KR TDs in the regular season and 3 KR TDs in the postseason. I think you have a point. To be by far the greatest at something in a league with 30+ seasons, he has my vote.

He has my vote - 8 of those return TDs were for my Wraiths/Slugs, and he put up solid rushing numbers for us too.

I guess this is a reminder to update the hall of fame at long last... send me any other nominations you have. The longer between updates, the harder it is to find people. It was easier when I did it every year to see who had just retired. Maybe I will finally get some time off during the holidays and get a chance to update.

He played in the inception era and was consistently a top performer and still ranks #15 in yards and #17 in receiving TDs.

He should receive consideration from the veteran's committee.

McCants isn't even retired yet! Not eligible at this point.

Cole - the reconsideration committee is sticking to the initial conclusion - not a hall of famer. Cole was never the top receiver in the league. He had some added stats due to longevity but not enough to enter to the upper tiers. Look at his contemporaries in the same stat range:

Daniel Cornelius, Ali Selner, Robin Souders. Derrick Burch and Daniel Sharpe have more TDs. All of them not hall of famers. If Cole is a hall of famer, all of those guys have an argument too. Those guys were all just solid players, very good players. But not hall of fame standard.

And I was motivated enough to do 2048! We will see how long it takes to get the rest of the hall updated.

Reuben Souders was a killer WR for us back in the offensive era. I have always thought he was deserving of consideration for the HOF.
