With my team being years away from competing I am open to trading the 1st overall pick in the draft. Plus several players as well. No one is truly untouchable on my team, but if they already aren't on the block it means that I like them and envision them being long term on the team so it wouold take more to trade them. (Or I simply didn't see myself getting any real value from trading them away haha).

As for the cost I prefer picks and rookie contract players. If the trade doesn't include that does it mean you have no shot at me even considering it. No, there might be room for discussion but this is a rebuilding project so it would need to fit that timeline. If the offer includes an aging veteran who is 1-2 years away from retiring it will most likely be rejected outright. It would HAVE to include more in it for me to take on an expensive and declining player.
