I make sure my team has a good season and focus on almost every game, then I don't make it to scout and plan for the playoff game? Oh my God what an epic failure. Steelers are a great team and we might have well still lost, but I feel so empty right now :(

Good game metro - those fumbles killed you. Good luck next season.
Good game Slugs. An undefeated regular season doesn't count for much - you won the matchup that really mattered this season! Good luck in the Super Bowl.

Well, some revenge for me after being blanked in the season opener, but honestly I expected the same outcome again - commiserations. Sometimes the underdog scrapes a win, though I'm not really sure how. IIRC we're both Giants fans, and memories of beating an undefeated team in the playoffs brings back some happy memories!
This is my only league and only team, after I dropped the paid sub when the new system came in. I don't hate it any more, mainly because I don't really care, but from what I see things really haven't improved so this may be all I do for some time yet.
I was never a game-planner, I mainly liked the team-building and drafting aspects of the game. I do have a system that works for the most part but usually comes unstuck against the better GMs, hence the lack of titles here. I don't expect that to end now - frankly I'm shocked I won this game, and that shock won't be lessened if I somehow beat Norm (GL to the Xtreme) for the SB.
In a way, I have to agree with Almaric. I’m also more of a team builder than a tactical player. I, too, know very little about tactics and how, when, and where I need to adjust the team, and I’m happy to let the team’s success speak for itself. Unfortunately, that always leads to losses for me in big games. I like everyone here in the league, but that’s why I’m rooting for Almaric.

I agree with you both - team building and drafting is probably more fun than strategy in this game. If you have a deep, solid roster you'll be pretty successful, regardless of the gameplan. That's why I'm probably close to finishing here when my paid credits run out.
As for being another real life Giants fan amalric, just look at the photo of Xtreme QB "Charles Santiago" to inspire you to pull off the upset and deny norm the repeat - good luck!
