I think that I have a talent for picking football games. In MFN and in real life. I am going to make my weekly picks and see if I can pick em. I am going to pick an upset winner, a 100%, no doubt about it pick and the Game of the Week. So that being said, here we go.

Week 1

My upset special is going to be Pittsburgh over Seattle, my 100%, fo sure pick is gonna be LAX over Arizona (no disrespect to the Cards) , and in the GOTW I like the Redskins over the Green Bay Packers. So there you go. Take the picks to Vegas, on me.....just don't forget to leave a reasonable gratuity, and don't tell em I sent ya.

It's just outright wins. I'm still honing my skills.

WEEK 2 SID'S PICKS

Okay Moguls league. Time for the picks of the Week. We have a good one in "The Game of the Week", Boston @ Miami with League Champs Boston favored by 1 point. I could use this one for my upset special but........I played both of the teams in preseason and they are both really good football teams. My pick is Miami. Being at home they are going to be tough to beat.

Then the next pick is going to be the upset special. I'm gonna go with the Chicago Bears over the Detroit Lions. The Bears are just too good to go any longer than one loss in a row.

To follow up, as much as i'd like to not see the FBRD's win any games, i'm thinking they will handle Oakland. (no disrespect to the Oakland Raiders) but I say 100% fo sho win. If you could do me a favor Oakland, "out physical" them, if you know what I mean?

Okay, all time i'm 3-0. I'm looking to stay undefeated. Miami over Boston, Chicago over Detroit, Charlotte over Oakland.

Well, it looks like either Detroit is a better team than I thought they were or Chicago isn't as good as I thought they were. Either way, I missed the pick. So that puts me at 5-1.

Miami handled their division rival Boston, and Charlotte took care of Oakland.

I'll step in and help ssid with his lock pick of the week...

WEEK 3's PICKS

Hello colleagues time for some picking. This weeks "Game of the Week" is Tampa Bay @ Seattle. Tampa having to travel about as far as one can in our great U.S. is not going to stop them from getting the big win. QB Arroyo has been one of the top in the league and he is going to light up the scoreboard.

My 100%, take it to Wendover and get paid pick will be Boston over Terre Haute. Boston has a winning tradition and they will get back on track. I feel sorry when they do lose for the next team that has to play em.
The Upset special has to go to a team other than The Memphis Hound Dogs, I think they are going to take care of business but really......you can't pick a team you have a hand in how they play. So.....................

Upset special is gonna be Oakland over Indianapolis. Oakland is a good team hungry for a win. I think they accomplish that tonight. Im going to be watching for the good RB they have in Oakland to hold on to the ball and get the 1st downs.

TB over Sea, Bos over THT, and Oak over Indy.

Okay there they are. We are a descent 5-1 at this point.

WEEK 3's RESULTS

Well Tampa didn't light up the scoreboard like I had thought but they won 15-9, Boston came out like I thought they would in a 77-20 debacle of the Terror. The one that came out different than I picked was the Oak @ Indy game. Indy got the win in a close game 13-7. So it looks like we are 7-2 for the season. See you next week.
