Add one year to all their contracts, that way you don't have to worry about it after the first FA sim.

No? Coaches who have just signed a contract are supposed to be immune to poaching even if they signed with the same team.

Tarq is right.
I try to resign my best coaches every season. Once they sign a contract, they're locked up for that year.
