Week 2
The Thrashers got another home game, and this time hosted the Terre Haute Terror. This was a revenge game from the whooping the Terror put on Arkansas from the beginning of last season. The Thrashers came out ahead, but just barely. Two missed FGs by Rookie Butch Coolidge didn't help either.
On the Offensive side, Reese threw for another 2 TDs and 200 + yards, but also threw his first pick of the year at the end of the first half. The run game was alive and kicking, however. Sorenson picked 117 yards on the ground, and Shafer complimented him with another 65. The pair had 7 runs of over 10 yards. In the passing game, Sorenson picked up another 93 yards on 8 catches, which makes it the another 200 all-purpose yard game for the RB. At this pace (though a small sample size and health warranting), Sorenson could easily have another 2000 all-purpose yards season again.
The defensive allowed a 55 yard TD, and once again, got some QB pressure but resulted in 0 sacks. The Thrashers aren't winning the turnover battle thus far either.
LT Israel Hubbard suffered a concussion as well, so the offensive line will do some more shuffling. All things considered, the line held well during week 2's game.
Next week, the Thrashers will travel to the Frozen Tundra of Wisconsin to take on the SnowSharks.
