This guy has applied to take over the Red Dragon. Do we respect founding member Billy and give him some more time to come back? Or just fill up the slot with this guy?

I think it's time we move on from Billy. He's been gone for 1.5 months and was becoming more and more inactive prior to disappearing.

But i think he abandoned his team not sure if it was the next day , 2 days after , 3 days after or 4 days after
