Hey, quick tip, sorry I posted it late, but if you have more than 46 players on your roster (and you should if you don't - just for injury protection, etc.) you need to set the inactives. You can do it from the depth chart screen. If you don't, the CPU will do it for you and sometimes it does weird things (like play injured players). Deactivate down to 46 if you need to.
