2nd round pick 31-Matthew Hugo TE (BC) 6-3 225 supposed to be an all around TE
3rd round pick 2- 6-0 225 Finally got a RB after wanting several other Backs
5th Round pick 2- David Hogle RDE (UCLA) supposed to be decent backup with upside
6th round pick 27- Rolando Cousins WLB (Miami Florida) decent young backup
7th round pick 4- Dennis Stately LT\C\LS (Michigan State) verstatile backup and long snapper
7th round pick 27- Manuel Masantreglo CB (Washington) depth

Training Camp
Rookies
Joshua Roden +5- could be a potential Hof
Brian Johnson -11- i need to stop drafting DTs in the first round
Matt Hugo -21- maybe keep him two years then waive him
Ronald Kiel +7- potential starter
David Hogle -10- he needs a good preseason to stick around
Rolando Cousins -1- he will stick around
Dennis Stately -3- he's still the LS so he will stay
Manuel M -10- yeah hes gone

Only Late Free agents was bringing back Butch Coolidge to be the starting kicker

I was hoping Roden would fall to me at sixth pick. You weren't scared of his volatility?

honestly i wanted the running back and i had initially put Roden second on my draft board as a just in case i saw the volatility and was like this would either be my best or worst pick possible

yes, Archie Daniels (the RB) was first on my board, too.

Roden is going to be a good one. Expect the Golden Dragons to be trying to trade for him soon. Billy is trying to corner the market on wide receivers.

Pre Season Cuts
Dustin Cazeres DT- Maybe our biggest cut, he was just a veteran on a D Line where we preferred youth, also he was banged up, if he isn't signed he may be brought back
Mitch Dixon DT- He was just there as I was interested in bringing back some of our former draft picks, right now I project this is probably his career ceiling a preseason player or maybe surviving on a bad team
David Hogle RDE- He had a bad camp (-10) and only made 2 tackles in preseason in a deep position group. (I wish practice squads were a thing, if he is interested in returning either next preseason or if we are injured or maybe another team signs him)
Robert Wallace QB - former draft pick, got outplayed for the third string QB spot
Alberto Rogers FS- due to roster limits he got cut, a CB will probably back up Macias
Rolando Cousins WLB- roster limits issues again this is why a PS is so important
Roosevelt Logan FB- He had a serious injury and for some reason we couldn't put him on IR so he essentially got released with an injury settlement so when he's healthy we will see if he wants to come back

Game One
Just got in our own **** way
- We sacked the QB about three times but our QB was sacked about 4 times
- We inflicted three picks and our QB threw three of his own including a pick 6 and a touchback on like the 5 yard line
- We forced several fumbles and we lost about 4
- Our kicker missed like 2 field goals
We gave up nearly 150 rushing yards while only getting about 40 yards
So essentially with the exception of their running game neither team played that well

midseason report
What the **** are we doing, the offense is bad neither Smith nor Rainey is playing any good, the rookies are making decent plays buts that all to be excited for , another top ten pick it seems is on our horizon
