I'd hate to see you leave Waitwut. Ssid was my main rival before you got here, and you've made the division better (while I'm going through a rebuild).
That said, I don't like the password exchange, but I don't think the intentions call for their expulsion either.
I think we can all move past it.
This has been one of the best leagues on MFN since it's inception... I'd hate to see good owners leave over this.

OK, let's clear the air one more time and hopefully move on. Formal warnings have been issued to billy and grandad. The league considers the sharing of log ins and doing the actual work for other teams to be wrong and that will not be allowed. That's an official league rule now. If it happens again with anyone else, consider this the warning - it will not be tolerated and being booted is the most likely result.

As we know in this case, it happened in pre-season and it was unprecedented in league history. I get the argument that there was no ill intent, but we have to be careful of setting any bad precedents - simply put, no matter the intent, it just looks bad. Letting this slide might open the door to someone else who might take things much further. So billy and Grandad are basically on probation going forward - any hint of wrongdoing, or even excessive trouble, including excessive squabbling on the forums and chat that drags down the league, could be basis for expulsion. Basically, they are walking on thin ice, and we are expecting their best behavior going forward, as we all want to move past this. As everyone has seen, we have already lost multiple owners over this and we don't want to lose more. Any bad acts that drag down the league and cause people to be unhappy could be a basis for removal at this point. Feel free to reach out to me on the forum or in private with any concerns.

Nyses is a close friend, he didnt leave as a result of my helping Billy. And to "clear the air", what I did for Billy was no different in effect than if I had sent him explicit instructions, written in detail. It was pre-season, and I didnt think anyone would get upset about my helping to correct what I viewed as a major wrong that was overlooked, in my opinion. So, Ive learned from it, and wont do a time-saving measure like that again, but there's no difference in terms of the effect and result. There are several in this league and in many others that I have given detailed roster reviews, advice, and suggestions on play selection, player attributes, rules, all aspects of the game. I don't do that out of ego or thinking Im better than anyone else. I spent a lot of years coaching, from the time I was 14 coaching the 5th & 6th grade flag teams. Coaching football is in my blood and is why I reach out to those who are involved, posting in the league forum, and struggling. Am also sorry that mlowe quit, he is another that I have sent advice to previously, guess that was forgotten.
