Offensive Rookie of the Year: David Jeppesen, RB, Terra Haute Terror. Jeppesen burst on the scene, becoming a top RB immediately. He ran for 1740 yards as a rookie, one of the best rookie RB seasons ever.

Defensive Rookie of the Year: Sammie Willis, LB, Kansas City Wizards. Willis buzzed around everywhere as a rookie LB, making 126 tackles, 1 sack and 3 INTs, along with 16 passes defended.

Offensive Rookie of the Year: Andy Smith, RB, San Francisco Demons. Smith immediately stepped in as San Francisco's top running back and posted a 1000 yard season with 11 TDs. He also added 640 yards receiving and 4 receiving TDs. He looks to be a multi-talented weapon for San Francisco in the years to come.

Defensive Rookie of the Year: Damon Lewis, DE, Montreal Marauders. Lewis burst on the scene with fellow rookie defensive lineman Scott Dukes, to shore up the Montreal front lines. Lewis had 16 sacks and 19 QB hurries, to go with 40 tackles and one forced fumble.

Offensive Rookie of the Year: Joseph Dean, RB, Kansas City Wizards. Dean immediately stepped in as KC's top running back and led the league in rushing. He rushed for 1,617 yards, added 617 yards receiving and scored 10 TDs and got into the fringes of the MVP conversation as a rookie.

Defensive Rookie of the Year: William Sebastian, CB, Wilmington Argonauts. Sebastian was everywhere in his rookie season, making 89 tackles, 18 knockdowns and 5 INTs, including one returned for a TD.

Offensive Rookie of the Year: Charles Royal, WR, Terra Haute Terror. Royal made his make in his rookie year by compiling 952 receiving yards and and six receiving touchdowns. He slotted right as a WR2 and provided instant production.

Defensive Rookie of the Year: Clinton Waltz, DT, Kleinmachnow Orange Crush. Waltz was a defensive stalwart clogging up the middle of the line for the Orange Crush. He racked up 8 sacks as an interior defensive lineman, to go along with 23 tackles.
