I was asked to audit Smirt's moves on Seattle to prevent cap disasters. I went and canceled his $100M contract offer to a kicker. I have now left the team with no other changes, but a $20M kicker would have put Seattle over the cap.

You had your fun and no cause to remove but you hit me off on PM with a decision made already, therefore, I'm not going to respond.

Kicker bid was legitimate and finished the roster. Cut round 3 through 7 picks - not over the cap + I didn't go through player by player yet to get a massive cap space clearing. Only 1 kicker of any ilk was available and after the clean up in FA #1 that would cement the roster. Why leave a gaping hole at kicker after a power shot?

You got one thing right. You don't know me. I know what I'm doing and I know how to play by the rules.

I have no doubt that you know what you are doing. But again, my concern is only for the health of the league. While you may have cut picks 3-7, the CPU, which may be running the team at the time, would probably not, or possibly a new owner might not either, leaving the team cap ruined by auto-released players. My only intent was to avoid that situation, not the pass judgment on one's strategy. Teams can bid on whoever they like at whatever price they like.

I'm sorry I had to remove you, as you say, without "cause," but the response I got from league members was they preferred that you not be allowed to stay due, mostly due to personality conflicts. I just want a peaceful league and I hope one day you make peace with all those league members that have issues with you and can come and join us.

The disrespect to my effort level won't be forgotten with my time spent with FA #1 here. Gustoon was worse. I did a full league set-up and got removed without warning. I'll drop it with you. You're a nice, good guy.

But I won't forget the disrespect level of people knowing I put effort in ...to have that effort removed without reason. Other leagues were worse.
