I saw your note on your other post about the speed exploit, but Vibbert isn't fast enough to help at *any* position. If you drafted an 88 speed CB and play him as a CB that's not an exploit, it's just a player with a valuable attribute. I think it's a much bigger problem playing out of position on offense with 95 speed WRs getting played as RBs, TEs or actually as a WR.

You can still find quality linebackers and safeties and play them in their "true" position to improve your team now, and not just wait for a change to the game engine that is likely never going to happen. Drafting or signing players based on their default weights or trade value alone is a MAJOR roadblock - I look at a player's speed before ANY other rating to decide if they're actually worth signing. Why add to your frustration by not looking for the fastest players with other good ratings that you can plug in and help you right now?

My basic plan is to minimize salary cap as much as possible, while still fielding a somewhat respectable team, until I hear the exploit will be addressed.
I've already changed my sub to free to play, and this is the team I'll be keeping.
Since the UI is almost finished, and that's JD's priority, I'll reaccess in about three seasons. If no word by then, I'll be done. I really didn't miss it much last time I quit, if I'm honest with myself.

I gotcha. I had extra credits left over when he made the switch, so I just used those for my subscription without paying any $. When they run out I'll just keep my one free team with the Monarchs.

I have 1 credit left, so it was time to cut it. Not gonna pay for a game just because I MIGHT enjoy it in the future.
I'm hoping for the future because in the past JD was good about trying to nerf exploits. When subs start declining, the only choices will be fixing legitimate concerns, or folding the site.

This is why I asked for some type of rough timeline. It was one thing to play this game with no expectation of change, quite another when the creator is bull horning change at a snail pace. Carrot on the stick type of move in my opinion.
