Would rather get rid of players instead of picks and would rather accept picks instead of players, but could be persuaded differently with the right offer

Might have taken too many chair shots to the head, but need $29 million for draft picks while having cap space of $17 million. Would like to rebuild without having firesales of newly drafted players. I am sure there is an experienced player that can help your team. Just make an offer.
