Round 1
With sixth pick in the first round of the 2025 Draft, the Kayfabe drafted the High Styling, Profiling, Limousine Riding, Jet flying, Kiss-stealing, Wheeling and Dealing son of a gun MLB Ric Flair out of Rutgers University. Never has any other player since Brian “The BOZ” Bosworth been hyped so much by the Media and coaches of the league as the “Next Big Thang” and a sure fire HoF candidate.
Flair has been a champion his whole football career which began as he has been playing LB on his Pop Warner team, The Champions, at the age of 5 years old. At the age of 8 years old, he was already the highest valued college recruit even though he had yet to play in his first junior high school game.
But at the age of 11 years old, Flair was involved in a car accident with his family that resulted in him breaking his back. With that unfortunate opportunity, all those college coaches that had been vividly recruiting him started backing off, thinking that he would never be the same and would never be able to play football again.
However, Flair was determined not to let something like a broken back keep him from reaching his dream of playing in the MFN. He pushed himself to the limits thru rehab. Although he was predicted to NEVER play another game of football again, Flair came back after 6 months of rehab to not only lead his team to the Championship, but once again to lead his district in tackles, sacks, and hurries.
Although he was once highly recruited by many colleges, few came calling after his accident. In fact, it was his old Pop Warner Coach who was in his first year as head coach for Rutgers that reached out to him with a 4-year full scholarship. After winning his first of four NCAA championship in his Freshman year and being named the MVP in his first college season, Flair began living the lifestyle he is now famously known for.
Round 2
In need of Secondary help, and Dallas stealing the Kayfabe’s top two picks before, Kayfabe took the opportunity to grab their third choice at the position, Mil Mascaras from Arizona State, with the 5th pick in the second round. Mascaras has the speed to keep up with fast receivers, and the tackling ability to bring anyone down. Still has a lot of learning to do for his position, but has room to grow
With their second pick in the round, the Kayfabe had to decide between Need or Best Available as the highest rated QB in this year’s draft, Albert Salazar, was sitting at their doorstep. Coaches and Ownership debated back and forth during the allotted time allowed and finally agreed on getting WR Alberto Del Rio to replace 8-year veteran Otto McLaughlin, who will be a free agent at the end of the season. McLaughlin will not lose his job at the moment, but management already has said they will not resign him.
