To be honest I wouldn't produce the teams I do if it wasn't for Grandad he gave me a blueprint and I have adapted. The reason I left wasn't the actual issue of the "Log In". We've all asked Billy to compete realistically ( no knock on Billy) He's been through "SEVERAL" coaches with the same result and let's be honest it's become a gimme game and everyone seemed ok with that. However as a league in whole the more competitive teams the more worth while each win is. We've allowed Billy ( since I've been here) Trade his picks to owners he likes then proceed to tank the rest of the season yet we allowed it to continue. I had no issue with the login switch needed to be done if we weren't going to punish Billy for lack of effort ( No knock on the Commish or Billy) especially if he's only trading prime picks with his favorite owners kinda handicaps the competitiveness. I left because it created a fire storm that with every game Billy could win it'd be the only topic. I stayed in the league because of the chat (Although I was ignored a great deal) That has turned into just mud slinging and apologizing just take a vote on the punishment and move on seemed to work with "DeflateGate" why not here? Everyone has spoken how they feel so get back to football. I noticed a lot of ripping on Grandad however it was a 50/50 incident I think the want to win without putting in the actual work should be equally addressed

Not really...if you really wanted to help billy, you could've just help him with the blueprint to a successful gameplan. What you did was log in and do everyday for him. Now since you said you have been coaching since you were 14 and is in your blood per say...if this was IRL, are you going to hand the opposing coach your gameplan? OR would you, I don't know, like other coaches, just discuss strategy with each other and let the other coach figure it out.

The league isn't mad that you were "trying to help" billy. The league is mad at the way you proceeded and then proceeded to double down on it.

An analogy to what you did is basically...a kid is struggling in school, you are one of the smarter kids in school. instead of tutoring the kid and helping the struggling kid learn, you basically said, screw it, i'll do your homework, i'll take your tests.

And then when caught, say “oh well had I tutored him, Billy would have gotten 100% on the test anyways so me doing the homework and tests for him still achieved the same result. lol you think I am smart enough to reach your level norm? how many season i play against you that i use the same strategy, predictable game plan all pass 100 percent, and other game selections with a team of hardcore wrs and qb. It is not until i look at GDB game planning, playbook selection, and setting up a good formation, while he teaching me how to select a good play formation that all my old game style will not work in this new version 4.6.

You chose to do that Billy, the game would not even automated a game plans to be that basic.

I don't know how Norm puts up with Billy. From what I've seen he doesn't listen to you and taunts you with his responses on his plans to go win-less or disrupt the league with these threads.

But, hey, what do I know. I got kicked out of a league today for literally writing

*smiles* (yep, that's it - one word) when I beat down an opponent who booted me from his league before I even played a game, broke any rules or did anything wrong. I, however, did do a long strategy set up and wasted my time so yeah he deserved that smile.

That log-in = no good. Billy shouldn't be advanced like that. He doesn't try. He wants to chatter and do chaos.

GDB and I we're killer Great White sharks and competitive. Why bring up someone who doesn't have that fight to get better himself and compete.

I put up with everyone because I just want people to play fair and have fun. Billy can say anything he wants about me and I don't care. Of course, as we've seen billy might rub many people the wrong way and we've had people quit because of it. I'm not choosing billy over the others. Rather, just trying to stay in the middle and keep things running. Hopefully, we can all remain committed to playing fair and being respectful to one another.
