Somehow, some way, the Shadow Dancers have stayed ahead of the curve this season. Starting 3rd year, but first meaningful reps, QB Martinez has paid off thus far but there has been a return to the earth since being injured. Calvin Hahn was able to step in and take some snaps to keep the season perfect.
Both sides of the ball have seen and are dealing with injuries. Rookies are stepping up in a big way on defense, while offensive rookies are still finding traction.
TDs are seemingly coming at a premium the last few games but field position has been great, proving sometimes the best offense is a good defense. Still need more production on offense.
Ronk, while having the best season under his watch, is still firmly gone following this season. He is certainly finding a way to pull all the stops. Potentially resume building for a future suitor organization to show he still has something to offer, just not to RCR.
Initially though the candidate was in house, RCR had expanded their search. Perhaps looking to snag from the local divisional pool of coaches seeking promotions, and looks to rebuild their own resumes.
