Molinar survived cuts and will be active in week 1.

Someone has to hold the ball for the kicker.

Norris sits. Crowd gets taste of new blood. No promises, but rookie threw 2 TDs in debut.

Here's to the future of Rapid City wherever it may go. Be thankful for this success, McCrea took 584 pass attempts his rookie year to generate 4 TDs (#4.5).

Sometimes you need new direction. This is sometimes. Raze and rebuild? Restructure and restore? Something....

In a flurry of moves I've retained ownership of RCR, I'm thankful.

Other notes: this thing needs (somewhat being forced) to rethink and regroup. I'm going to put some movable pieces on the block forril forril

Ronk is firmly on the seat. Top candidate identified. Get right out get out. Plus he is 53. So new direction we go.

Flurry of moves as I reassert my ownership. Looking forward to sweeping my divisions toes and usurp my usurped title of division champion. I'm sure they don't mind

Good luck Moguls owners. Even the toes I speak of.

Ownership has decided to haphazardly pull the plug on the season, or so it seems. RCR has placed multiple players on the block feeling they can compete without. From the outside looking in it appears ownership will not allow Ronk to attempt to go down in a blazing glory.

A clear direction was dictated that Ronk would... "continue day to day as normal with HC responsibilities,
developing our new talent while finding ways to utilize the players at hand to produce a respectable team."

Apparently players at hand doesn't necessarily mean the cast currently progressing through the preseason but rather who you have that day.

It's clear RCR fans will not tolerate losing seasons by the staggering drop in attendance. Let's all hope this is a short lived moment of uncertainty. I got faith. And this team needs a new name, emblem.

Somehow, some way, the Shadow Dancers have stayed ahead of the curve this season. Starting 3rd year, but first meaningful reps, QB Martinez has paid off thus far but there has been a return to the earth since being injured. Calvin Hahn was able to step in and take some snaps to keep the season perfect.

Both sides of the ball have seen and are dealing with injuries. Rookies are stepping up in a big way on defense, while offensive rookies are still finding traction.

TDs are seemingly coming at a premium the last few games but field position has been great, proving sometimes the best offense is a good defense. Still need more production on offense.

Ronk, while having the best season under his watch, is still firmly gone following this season. He is certainly finding a way to pull all the stops. Potentially resume building for a future suitor organization to show he still has something to offer, just not to RCR.

Initially though the candidate was in house, RCR had expanded their search. Perhaps looking to snag from the local divisional pool of coaches seeking promotions, and looks to rebuild their own resumes.

The aforementioned 3rd year QB is Michael Ramirez, not some dude Martinez. He was clearly offended and subsequently helped drop 2 games, the team says it was a humbling moment and the losses were shared. After a lengthy team meeting was led by the respected seasoned vet Calvin Hahn, the team found a balance.

Ronk continues to push the young squad as part of the agreed succession plan. Fans are starting to get behind the team again after a lost season. Expectations have never been higher than now even in the midst of transition.

RCR makes their final run with matches slated against the elusive Denver Rocky Mountain Bronx, followed by a chance at redemption against the meanest Duckiess in the world. Then a trip to across the pond to London to face the fan favorite, Queen approved, Monarchs. To end the season, there will be a grudge match of sorts as Claude Payton makes his return to the house he had no hand in building. This match feels personal as well due to lions ending the last playoff hope RCR saw.
