To be fair to Teeple, he is the reigning regular season MVP and has put up the second most yards and TDs in league history (also 4th most INTs) and has a career passer rating of over 100.
That said, some of his critics might point to these stats:
Super Bowl record 0-2 Super Bowl passing stats: 55/120, 761 yards, 1 TD, 6 INTs, 3 fumbles, QB Rating, 48.65.
You be the judge!

I'm looking at a 105 QB rating with 13 games against cream puffs, (three games against legit teams).
I'd say if he was in the NFC, he'd be much closer to his Superbowl numbers.

Let's put Bill's theory to the test. The Red Dragon played 6 games against playoff teams last year, 2 vs. KC, 2 vs. DEN, 1 vs. IND and 1 vs. MIN. In those six games, Teeple posted stats of...
170/331 (51%), 2517 yards, 21 TDs, 9 INTs, for a QB rating of... 86.39, which of course is just average, but not terrible either. That QB rating would have been 14th in the league last season.

If he was a scrub. Why he break all that record last season.
