The Sicilians' semi convoy has reversed course, and seem to be headed back to New Jersey.

Reports say a last minute agreement with the league office has Bill Steinbach giving up control of the New Jersey team, and reacquiring his old Duckies team in Charlotte, which was recently abandoned by it's previous owner.

This is akin to Paul Brown leaving the Bengals after one season, to go back to Cleveland.

This reporter is happy to see a bit of normalcy return to the Charlotte franchise.
