Can the Biscuits go undefeated in the regular season?
by Reporter Newsman

Last week marked the eighth win for the Boston Biscuits, and now the sole undefeated team in the 2019 Football Moguls League, so this journalist now must ask: Can the Biscuits go undefeated?

Looking at who the team has faced so far and who remains, it seems at least a possibility. With only three teams remaining over .500 (including division rivals Buffalo and Miami), the Golden Boys of Boston don't have to face any of the powerhouses of the NFC to get to that 16-0 mark.

Now, can the Biscuits bring home a championship? That's a question for another time.

Boston Biscuits go undefeated in regular season
by Reporter Newsman

Although it was a close final game against the the Oakland Raiders, the Boston Biscuits have done it! They've gone undefeated in the regular season for the first time in Football Moguls history. Many of the Golden Boys of Boston sat out--or protested in the case of Running Back Clarence Sorenson (more on that later)--as not to catch the injury bug.

Maybe, more importantly, we ask: What's next for Boston? For starters, the top seed in the AFC has its perks, which gives a much needed first round bye so that some of the starters (4 in total) can get healthy enough to play. It seems that the next game may very well be a rematch with division rivals, Buffalo Bills, or the Broncos of Denver. Then, if the Boys can hold on, they have home field advantage through the playoffs.

Here's where it gets interesting, if--BIG IF--Boston can make to a Super Bowl, they'll have to stop the prolific offenses of the Los Angeles (N) Xtreme, San Francisco Demons, or the New York Giants. Now, the Biscuits have shut down the top offenses like the Red Dragons before, but never the likes of those teams.

So, in the spirit of reality and humility, this reporter concludes that the Boston Biscuits will not bring home the championship this year, but it has been a helluva season for the Golden Boys.

Next year though, I like those odds!

Good Game Giants.

Your guys played well, and the Ducks took a bath.

Hopefully my record of losing to the eventual champ holds firm for you.
