It was all on the defense. Defense won that game. The three INTs should have killed us, but we kept holding him to FGs or getting the ball back and so on. And the defense got that last and final stop.
I actually put effort into this one - I added new defensive wrinkles just for Duane in the hopes of slowing him down. And I guess it worked. I wanted to do a Coif Jenshaw for this one, but spent that time on the gameplan instead. It's been a long time since the trophy came back to LA.
Now we can go back to the Tigers dynasty...
And yes, this will be the first non-Duane perfect season I believe!
