There is one addition:

Timothy Cornelius, OL, Dallas Cowboys/Battle Creek Barbarians

Cornelius makes the hall of fame as an unheralded blocker out of the NFC East. He didn't get much publicity playing for a losing squad for many years, but he is considered to be a top offensive lineman in league history.

Sorry, no. Eddie Cruise had that one magical 39 sack season then nothing much after that. A great individual season, but not a hall of fame career.

Announcing the Hall of Fame Class of 2038

George Wilson, QB, Chicago Bears
Wilson was drafted with a late first round pick and rode the pine for two seasons. But once he got his shot, he took the league by storm. Wilson was an MVP, a Super Bowl QB, but never a champion. He led the Bears to the big game twice, in his last two seasons, but never brought home the big prize. His statistic rank at the top of the QB heap. Over 50,000 yards and 376 passing touchdowns, second most all time, and a 97 QB rating. However, he had only a 83 rating in the playoffs, with 44 TDs vs. 38 INTs. He is "Dan Marino" of Football Moguls, the best QB to never win a Super Bowl.

Richard Tomlinson, LT, Terra Haute Terror

Tomlinson played 11 season for the Terror and allowed only 9 sacks that whole time. A day one starter, he was part of the Terror's championship team.

Announcing the Hall of Fame Class of 2039

There actually was an oversight from last year that should have been in the 2038 class:

Christopher Hernandez, QB, Terra Haute Terror

Christopher Hernandez finished his career with a solid stat line, putting up 272 TDs vs. 155 INTs and a 90 QB rating. However, his post-season accomplishments push him into hall of fame territory. He led his team to the Super Bowl three times, winning once, where he led one of the greatest Super Bowl comebacks ever.

2039

Jerry Jeudy, WR, Kleinmachnow Orange Crush

Jerry Jeudy is the Calvin Johnson of Football Moguls. He was a dominating receiver that could have set every record in the book, but call it quits early at age 31. Even playing only 10 seasons, he finishes 2nd all time in receiving TDs with 100 and second all time in yards. He was an MVP receiver as a rookie! Not much needs to be said about his amazing career which also included a Super Bowl title.

Tony Coleman, OL, Houston Oilers/Pennsauken Del Feugo Phoenix

To survive in the billy ball world, you need offensive linemen who can do it all and do it over and over again. Coleman follows in a long line of battle tested linemen who stood up to the pressure of pass protecting game after game.

Brian Roberts, QB, Brawndo Corp Dildozers

Brian Roberts is the Kurt Warner of Football Moguls. He had a brief, high peak that resulted in amazing Super Bowl highlights. After flaming out as a fourth round pick for the Falcons, Roberts resurrected his career in Brawndo Corp, becoming a competent starting QB. But then, he took a star turn in 2033, when he led the Dildozers to their first ever Super Bowl win, claiming MVP honors. He followed it up with a league MVP season where he threw for 58 TDs... after which he was controversially benched! Never before had a league MVP been sent to the bench and there he toiled for a whole season until a simple twist of injury fate but Roberts back in the spotlight again. He threw 19 TDs in the 2036 post season and led the Dildozers to their second Super Bowl title and earning his second Super Bowl MVP. Big game performances matter, so even though his career stat line is just 243 TDs, 160 INTs and a 87 QB rating, Roberts' high peak makes him a hall of famer.

Robert Ortegon, LB, Minnesota Vikings/Tazmania Devils

He played his whole career with the same franchise and was one of the better coverage linebackers ever. In this pass happy era, his 47 INTs and 17 force fumbles were huge.

Frank Ball, CB, Atlanta Falcons/London Monarchs

Ball was a great coverage guy who helped propel the Monarchs' defensive resurgence. He had 41 INTs in his career.

Announcing the Hall of Fame class of 2040

Roger Pippins, C, Minnesota Vikings/Arizona Thundercocks

Pippins was an anchor in the middle for the Vikings and Thundercocks for 12 years, playing at top level for teams that admittedly weren't that great. He only played in the post season 2 out of his 17 years in the league, but his longevity is part of his story. He allowed 31 sacks over those 17 years, less than 2 per season.

Brett Edmonson, LB, Los Angeles Xtreme

Edmonson has 924 tackles and 58 INTs, most all time for any linebacker. He was simply the best coverage linebacker to play. And he was the engine of the Xtreme defense manning the middle linebacker slot for his entire 13 year career, which included 4 Super Bowl trips and one title.

William Holmes, RB, Los Angeles Xtreme

Holmes was another cornerstone of the Xtreme franchise, spending his entire 12 year career there. When he retired, he held the record for most career touchdowns at 122. He had over 7,400 receiving yards and 12,500 rushing yards and is one of the best running backs of all time.

Sam Evans, WR, Independence Pirates

Evans was a phenomenal physical talent who was involved in some of the biggest blokcbuster traders in Football Moguls history. First, after being taken first overall in the draft and establishing himself as a star in the league, catching over 1700 yards and 21 TDs in his second season, Evans was traded to Rapid Valley. He never reached his initial heights in Rapid Valley, but was still good enough to garner another blockbuster deal sending him to Pennsauken. But again, despite the pass happy offense, Evans never reached peak form again. He returned to Independence to finish out his career with a later career resurgence, including a final 1000 yard season. Despite not having the reputation of an all time great, he slowly and surely put up hall of fame worthy numbers. He retires 3rd all time in receiving yards at 11,132. He also had 80 TDs.

John Spartan, QB, Arkansas Thrashers

The headliner of this class is the best quarterback in Football Moguls history. No one can match his Super Bowl rings. He is the only multiple time Super Bowl MVP, winning 3 times, and Super Bowl MVP for multiple teams. His 400 TDs are second all time and he is first in passing yards. He also has a league MVP trophy. When it comes to post-season stats, he is first all time in yards and touchdowns. He retires as the ultimate champion quarterback.

Roy Noyes, OL, Houston Golden Dragon/Del Fuego Phoenix

Noyes is another product of the "billyball" offensive lineman system. In order to make it work, you got to have the blockers for it, and Noyes did his job well. For 15 years he was a top lineman trying to keep the Phoenix QBs upright.

Leslie Smith, CB, Terra Haute Terror

Smith played in the AFC and was always overshadowed by Allen Reynoso, but Smith was a great cornerback in his own right. He had 43 INTs and 946 career tackles.

John Gunter, OL, Los Angeles Xtreme

Gunter was a legend on the offensive line, anchoring the Xtreme's line through eras of heavy passing and power running. He allowed only 12 sacks in 14 seasons! He was one of best to suit up on the line.

William Dean, OL, Detroit Lions

Dean anchored the Detroit line through their bad era and into his championship era. He saw it all and was "Mr. Detroit" through it all. He was a 12 year starter.

Wayne Begaye, CB, Oakland Panthers

Begaye started off with the Denver Broncos, but blossomed with the Panthers, becoming a top flight DB. He had 43 career INTs, serving as Oakland top CB.

Edmond Johnson, RB, San Francisco Demons

Johnson retires as the greatest running back of all time. His career started in controversy, drafted number one overall and then shocking contract voiding by the incompetent management of the Wisconsin Ice Cold Beer, leading to an unprecedented rookie free agency where the San Francisco Demons made him the highest paid player in the league at the time. He proceeded to reward the Demons with year after year of outstanding play, even in old age -playing as a 36 year old running back. He finishes as the career leader in total touchdowns with 127 and as the all time rushing leader, with 15,195 yards on the ground. By the way, he also had 9,837 receiving yards, enough for 10th all time and most of any running back. He also had a Super Bowl ring.

Allen Reynoso, CB, Wilmington Argonauts

Another player who was the greatest of all time at his position has retired. Allen Reynoso, at only age 33, has hung it up. He was an instant impact player in the league, arriving as a rookie of the year/defensive player of the year right off the bat with a 12 INT season. He set the single season record two years later with 17 INTs in a season. Aside from his final season where he only had one INT, his low for a season was 5. He retires as the number one ballhawk of all time, with 98 career interceptions and league wide acclaim as the best to ever do it.

Paul Pitcher, CB, Chicago Bears

Pitcher played his career in the shadow of Allen Reynoso and even in retirement, Reynoso gets first mention, but Pitcher was also a really great cornerback and also a great ballhawk, snatching 66 career interceptions and 11 post-season interceptions as part of the always tough Chicago defenses.

Michael Cherrito, DE, Arkansas Thrashers

Another all time great at defensive end has retired and is a no doubt hall of famer. Cherrito may be the best overall pass rusher in history. His 362 hurries are most all time. He also added 105 sacks, which is third all time. He also has 4 Super Bowl rings. Not a bad career right there!
