One other note to explain our thinking, or that probably influenced our thinking. At the time we settled on the rules, Brooklyn had just won 6 out of the last 7 championships, having perfected the 10WR, 10CB offense/defense. And while correlation does not equal causation, I will note that since we implemented the rule change, we have had four different league champions.

As always, discussions are ongoing around the matrix - a major issue is it serves two purposes, allowing position changes (ie player is RDE, from player page you convert him to SLB) and also where they can go on the depth chart / overrides.
